Basileus is a relitivly new villain on the New Bedlam scene. He has committed only a small handful of crimes so far, and been tackled by no known super hero. It is suggested by some that his criminal activity thus far has only been a way of attracted attention.
Basileus has been linked to the recent theft of American Gothic from the New Bedlam Arts Institute, though this may just be speculation.
